While we are extremely proud of our heritage, which was formed in 2010 by MISS. Anna Mylvaganam ACA,FCCA, MBA & BA (Hons), we are an evolving accounting practice committed to working closely with our customers and adapting to their requirements. We have evolved from accountants to consultants over the years, and we are now, through strategic partnerships, becoming an extension of our clients’ financial teams.

MISS. Anna Mylvaganam ACA, FCCA, MBA & BA (Hons)
Founder and Practice Director.
Anna is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). She also has MBA, and her BA (Hons) from the University of Greenwich. She has extensive experience of more than 20 years in accounting and taxation. She is the founder of MYLS Accountants Ltd which was her brainchild project to serve the public, third sector, private sector and sole traders. She contributes to the organisation by utilizing and sharing her vast knowledge and expertise to strengthen the firm’s services to clients.
In addition to her responsibilities at MYLS Accountants Ltd, Anna holds many positions. She is a Member of the ACCA Public Sector Panel, and Governor of a School. She shares her knowledge with many other organisations’ finance positions including the public sector organisations.
Outside of her work, she is a devout Christian, and actively involves in church activities and her favourite wards is “By the Grace of God” she always says this in her conversation, and she always love to put the wards ”I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved". (Psalm 16:8) and apart from church involvements she spends time with her family specially with her two brothers, a sister, and friends.

Edith Yembra is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. She also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from the ACCA. Edith has an MSc in Charity Accounting and Financial Management from the London South Bank University. Prior to joining the Florence Nightingale Foundation, Edith worked with the YMCA North London, part of the YMCA Federation Movement, a charitable company, and registered housing provider as Director of Finance & ICT and Company Secretary from May 2012 to April 2021.
Edith also worked with the Institute of the Motor Industry, a membership organisation, and Sector Skills Council for the automotive retail industry as Group Finance Director from March 2009 to October 2010. She worked with Energy watch, as Head of Finance & Projects from September 2004 to March 2010. Before joining Energy watch, she worked with Interact Worldwide formerly Population Concern as Director of Finance & Administration and Company Secretary from February 1989 to September 2004.
Edith is currently Vice Chair of the ACCA Public Sector panel and does advocacy work for ACCA and contributes to the AB Magazine as and when required. Edith was Chair of the ACCA London and Southeast Women panel from 2009 to 2016 where she received an Outstanding Achievement Award from ACCA in 2016.
Ms. Sudha Agrawal. FCCA

Sudha is a Chartered Certified accountant. She has extensive skills and experience in financial management and has for the past 10 years provided financial management services to many NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning groups (CCGs), and the BBC. Sudha also serves as school governor.
Mr. Chetan Sanghavi. ACCA

Chetan is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Accounts, Finance and advice Self-employed Individuals, Partnership, and new start-up companies in Taxation, Record Keeping, Bookkeeping, VAT, Payroll, and many other transaction services. Chetan enjoys spiritual things and likes spending time with family
Prof Naresh Sethi, FCCA, MBA, MSc, BSc (Hons)
Senior Consultant
Naresh Sethi is a Chartered Certified Accountant with an MBA from Cranfield University. He was Associate Professor at Schiller International University in London for 12 years; besides the business, finance, and accounting subjects he also taught Business Tax & Accounting as head of the new pilot ACCA program at the University. Naresh has several years’ experience in tax planning. He has had his own Accountancy practice for more than 15 years. He obtained his Practicing Certificate in 2005; and became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2008. Naresh loves travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends
